Tom Brady, Logan Paul ‘Slap’ Appears Staged at Fanatics Fest

Tom Brady and Logan Paul sparked buzz at Fanatics Fest in New York after appearing to get into a heated confrontation on stage.

A video shared by Fanatics seemed to show Brady slapping Paul after the two exchanged words. However, a closer look suggests Brady's hand missed Paul's face and only hit his shoulder. NBA player Karl-Anthony Towns quickly stepped in, making the moment look like a fight had broken out.

The two continued the exchange on social media. Paul joked that Brady was upset after losing to him in a flag football game earlier this year, while Brady called Paul a "dork" and joked he would "try again next time."

Many fans believe the incident was a publicity stunt. The video attracted more than five million views within a few hours.

The timing also fueled speculation because Paul is a WWE star, and Brady recently said he would be interested in wrestling. Speaking at Fanatics Fest, Brady said he would enjoy playing a WWE villain, or "heel," and believes he could compete in at least one match.

With major WWE events taking place this weekend, the exchange has led to rumors that Brady could make a surprise wrestling appearance. For now, though, the on-stage "slap" appears to have been more show than fight.
