Ariana Grande Postpones Brooklyn and Boston Concerts

Ariana Grande has rescheduled several concerts on her current tour because of production and safety issues.

In a message shared on Instagram Stories, Grande apologized to fans and said the changes were necessary to make sure the show can be presented safely and as planned.

A concert in Brooklyn that was scheduled for July 12 has been moved to July 14. Two Boston shows, originally set for July 22 and July 24, will now take place on July 23 and July 26. Tickets will remain valid for the new dates.

Grande began the tour on June 6 in Oakland, California, and is scheduled to perform across North America and Europe through Sept. 1. According to her website, all tour dates are sold out.

The scheduling changes come shortly after reports that Grande and her Wicked co-star Ethan Slater ended their relationship several months ago. Sources described the breakup as amicable, saying the two remain supportive friends.

Grande's seventh studio album, Petal, is set for release on July 31.
