The 13-year-old was seen wearing what appeared to be a bridge piercing, two cheek studs beneath one eye and two "angel bite" piercings above her upper lip. It is unclear whether the piercings are real or temporary accessories.
She completed the look with a blue half-up, half-down wig, a black long-sleeved top, a black mini tennis skirt, tights and black combat boots.
The appearance follows the release of North's "#n0rth4evr" music video in March, where she wore a similar punk-inspired style featuring faux facial piercings, bold makeup, spiked accessories and a blue wig.
North has frequently embraced piercings and other alternative fashion. Earlier this year, she appeared to add several new hand piercings, prompting renewed public debate over her style choices.
Kim Kardashian has defended her daughter's fashion and self-expression, saying on the Call Her Daddy podcast that allowing North to express her creativity makes her happy and is something she does not want to limit.
