'The Ultimatum' Star Blake Robertson's Assault Case Dismissed After Arrest

Blake Robertson, a cast member on Season 4 of Netflix's The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On, was arrested in October 2025 in Nacogdoches, Texas, following allegations that he assaulted his girlfriend, Hayley Hendrich, after filming had wrapped.

According to TMZ, Hendrich later chose not to press charges. She said the couple discussed the incident privately but believes Robertson should also publicly take responsibility.

Robertson's attorney, Sean Hightower, stated that prosecutors quickly dismissed the case and that all related records were expunged.

Robertson and Hendrich appear as one of six couples on the latest season of The Ultimatum, where couples decide whether to marry or end their relationships after participating in a partner-swapping social experiment. Although they initially dated other participants, the pair ultimately chose to remain together.

The final two episodes of The Ultimatum Season 4 are scheduled to premiere on Netflix on July 22.
