Britney Spears Responds After Sunroof Stunt on Los Angeles Freeway Draws Attention

Britney Spears responded to criticism after she was seen standing through the sunroof of a moving SUV on a Los Angeles freeway. Photos of the incident, taken on Thursday, quickly spread online.

On Instagram, Spears said people only saw "two seconds" of her behavior and that "nothing is what it seems." She joked that she might "come out of the roof quite a bit more."

A source told the Daily Mail that Spears briefly stood through the sunroof while traffic was stopped and said she was simply enjoying the warm weather. The source added that she is happy and did not intend to do anything wrong.

The incident comes months after Spears faced legal and personal challenges, including a DUI arrest in March and a short stay at a rehabilitation facility in April.
