Clint Black has canceled his concert at Pearl River Resort Casino in Choctaw, Mississippi, on Friday, July 3, after being hospitalized with infected tonsils.

According to a statement from his team, the 64-year-old country singer was admitted to the hospital on Sunday and required emergency intravenous antibiotic treatment. He is recovering, is expected to be discharged later this week, and is expected to make a full recovery.

His team apologized for the cancellation and said all tickets will be refunded through the original point of purchase.
