The Empire State Building lit up in light blue on Friday night to celebrate the reported wedding of Taylor Swift and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

The building's website said the lighting display was a "Celebration of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's Wedding at Madison Square Garden." Its official X account also shared a video of the display with the caption, "Her something blue."

The Empire State Building regularly changes its lights to mark major events and holidays. According to its website, organizations and individuals can apply for custom lighting displays at no cost.

Swift has strong ties to New York, having moved to the city in 2014. She has referenced New York in several songs, including "Welcome to New York," "Cornelia Street," and "Daylight."
