Joseph Kahn Says He Cried at Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's Wedding Ceremony

Joseph Kahn, who directed eight Taylor Swift music videos, said he met filmmaker Steven Spielberg and actor Kate Capshaw at Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding celebration in New York City.

Posting on X, Kahn said he enjoyed talking with Spielberg about filmmaking and called meeting Capshaw a highlight, admitting he was "starstruck." He also confirmed that guests were not allowed to use their phones during the event.

Kahn congratulated the couple online and said he became emotional during the ceremony, though he did not reveal details about the wedding.

Kahn first worked with Swift on the 2014 "Blank Space" music video and later directed videos for "Bad Blood," "Wildest Dreams," "Out of the Woods," and all four music videos from her 2017 album Reputation.

Spielberg and Capshaw have recently praised Swift publicly. At her Songwriters Hall of Fame induction, Spielberg compared her to some of the greatest songwriters in history, while Swift shared advice from Capshaw: "Good and true things are easy."
