Jelly Roll Mocks Trump’s Weight and Health During ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ Guest Hosting

Jelly Roll mocked President Donald Trump’s health and weight during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live on Monday, where he was filling in as guest host during Kimmel’s summer break.

The country singer first joked about Trump waving the green flag at an IndyCar race in Washington, D.C., saying the president appeared unfamiliar with handling a flag. He then turned to reports that Trump had gained 14 pounds and was weighing nearly 240 pounds.

Jelly Roll compared the weight loss he has achieved in recent years with Trump’s weight, saying he had lost the equivalent of “an entire Donald Trump.” He also joked about Trump’s history of insulting other people over their weight.

The singer then offered Trump some tongue-in-cheek health advice, saying physical fitness was important and making a crude joke about Trump’s sex life.

Jelly Roll’s comments may have surprised some fans because he previously spoke positively about meeting Trump at a UFC event in November 2024. At the time, he said he would have met President Joe Biden as well and did not care about potential criticism for meeting Trump.

Jelly Roll has also said he has no political affiliation. During Senate testimony in 2024 about the fentanyl crisis, he described himself as neither a Democrat nor a Republican and said he had never paid much attention to political races.
