Keith Urban Gets Emotional onstage Amid Nicole Kidman Romance Rumors

Keith Urban became emotional during a recent concert in Atlantic City while performing “We Go Back,” a song about a man regretting losing his first love.

Before singing, Urban described the story behind the song: a couple who fall in love young, separate after the man makes mistakes, and reunite years later only to discover that the woman is with someone else. Urban appeared close to tears during the performance and was seen wiping his eyes while smiling onstage.

The emotional performance comes months after Urban and Nicole Kidman finalized their divorce. The couple, who married in 2006, announced their separation in September 2025 and finalized their divorce in January. They share two daughters, Sunday, 18, and Faith, 15.

Kidman has since been linked to private equity businessman Michael Reinstein after they were seen together in Italy, though neither has publicly confirmed a relationship. Reports have suggested Urban was affected by the news, while other reports said he was relieved that Kidman had moved on.
