Teddi Mellencamp Shows Hair Regrowth During Cancer Treatment

Reality TV star Teddi Mellencamp has shared an update on her hair regrowth while continuing treatment for stage 4 cancer.

The former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star posted an Instagram Story on Thursday showing herself without her usual wig or hat. The video, set to the Chicks’ song “Not Ready to Make Nice,” showed the small amount of hair that has begun to grow back.

Mellencamp said last month that radiation treatment had caused her to lose all of her hair. She has previously asked fans for advice on managing her hair as it grows back, saying she was tired of wearing wigs.

Mellencamp was diagnosed with skin cancer in 2022. After several surgeries, she learned in 2025 that the cancer had spread to her brain and lungs. She is now receiving monthly immunotherapy. Although doctors told her last October that there was no trace of cancer in her body, she has said that waiting several months between scans has caused significant anxiety.

The 45-year-old mother of three has also spoken openly about rebuilding her life during treatment, including dating and gradually regaining her ability to walk comfortably in heels.
