Zac Brown Band Gives 37,000 Fans Free Cruises at Fenway Park

Zac Brown Band surprised fans at its sold-out Fenway Park concert by giving everyone in attendance a free cruise for two, calling it the "biggest giveaway in history."

Lead singer Zac Brown announced the offer before performing the song "Same Boat," telling the crowd that every guest could claim the cruise by texting a special code before the deadline. More than 37,000 people attended the show, and the giveaway was estimated to be worth about $40 million.

The promotion was organized with Margaritaville at Sea, the lead sponsor of the band's "Love & Fear Tour." Eligible fans can redeem the offer on select cruises scheduled for next year.

The giveaway also celebrated the band's 15th consecutive sold-out concert at Fenway Park, setting a venue record. Many fans said they were surprised and initially thought the offer was too good to be true.

The Zac Brown Band's 27-date "Love & Fear Tour" continues across the United States through November, with additional performances planned for The Bahamas in January as part of a Margaritaville at Sea event.
