Alix Earle Gets Candid About Her Split From Braxton Berrios

Alix Earle is opening up about the end of her relationship with NFL star Braxton Berrios in her new Netflix series, Earle Meets World.

The 25-year-old influencer, who rose to fame on social media while attending the University of Miami, gives viewers a closer look at her personal life in the eight-episode series. She talks openly about her career, relationships and the challenges of living much of her life in the public eye.

The first episode, titled “Alix’s World,” begins with Earle and her best friend, Sally Carden, driving a moving van to Berrios’ Miami home. The pair are there to collect the last of Earle’s belongings following their breakup.

For Earle, the trip is more than just moving boxes. She describes the items as “the last things I have left of our relationship.”

In emotional moments throughout the episode, Earle reflects on her three-year relationship with Berrios, 30. She says he was her first serious love and someone she once imagined growing old with.

“Braxton and I were together for three years. He was the first actual, real love that I’ve ever experienced,” Earle says in the series. “I always said I could see us being old in rocking chairs together.”

But despite seeing a future with Berrios, Earle says she was not ready to take the next step toward marriage.

“I’m only 25. I’m not ready for that yet,” she explains, adding that the idea of Berrios possibly being ready for marriage soon made her feel stressed.

Earle also points to the difficulties of maintaining a relationship while both partners were busy with their careers and spending time apart.

“We were both busy in our careers and doing long distance at the time,” she says. “We weren’t talking as much. We were barely communicating.”

She also admits that their relationship had begun to lose some of its intimacy.

“It started to dwindle away a little bit,” Earle says.

Earle and Berrios first confirmed their relationship in November 2023, months after making their red carpet debut together at the ESPYs. They later became a familiar couple in the public eye, with Earle supporting Berrios at his Miami Dolphins games and other events.

Earle eventually moved in with the football player in 2025. By December, however, multiple sources confirmed that the couple had ended their relationship, describing the breakup as a mutual decision.

Following the split, Earle was seen spending time with former New England Patriots star Tom Brady in St. Barths around New Year's Eve. Sources later told PEOPLE in February that Earle and Brady were continuing to “hook up.”

Since her split from Berrios, Earle has become increasingly open about her dating life and the emotions surrounding the end of her long-term relationship.

With Earle Meets World, she is now giving fans an even more personal look at that chapter of her life — including the difficult process of packing up the memories she once shared with someone she thought she might grow old with.
