Kylie Jenner Faces Third Employee Lawsuit as Former Chef Alleges Pregnancy Discrimination and Workplace Mistreatment

Kylie Jenner is facing another lawsuit from a former household employee. This time, a former private chef has filed a legal complaint alleging pregnancy discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage violations, and other labor-related claims.

The lawsuit comes just months after two former housekeepers filed separate lawsuits making similar allegations about the work environment inside Jenner's household operations.

Like the earlier cases, the chef's lawsuit does not accuse Jenner of personally harassing or abusing the employee. Instead, it alleges that Jenner and the companies and managers responsible for overseeing her household failed to protect employees from discrimination, harassment, and labor violations.

It is important to note that these are allegations made in court filings. None of the claims have been proven in court, and Jenner's representatives have not publicly responded to the latest lawsuit.

Former Chef Says She Worked Long Hours

According to the complaint, the former chef worked for Kylie Jenner from December 2022 until March 2025.

She says she regularly worked approximately 55 hours each week and cooked exclusively for Jenner and, on some occasions, Jenner's brother, Robert Kardashian.

The chef also claims she frequently traveled between multiple locations to prepare meals for the family.

In addition to naming Kylie Jenner, the lawsuit also lists Paleo Collective LLC, Kylie Jenner Inc., TriStar Sports & Entertainment Group Inc., chef Natalie Pukasemvarangkoon, and household supervisor Itzel Sibrian as defendants.

Pregnancy Disclosure

The chef says that in December 2024 she informed Jenner's management team that she was three months pregnant and that her pregnancy was considered high-risk.

According to the lawsuit, she requested reasonable workplace accommodations to protect both her health and her pregnancy.

Instead, she alleges that her workload remained unchanged.

The complaint claims she continued to receive:

• Long work hours

• Physically demanding assignments

• High-pressure catering events

• Heavy lifting without assistance

She argues that these conditions placed unnecessary physical strain on her during a medically vulnerable pregnancy.

Alleged Physical Incident

One incident described in the lawsuit allegedly occurred after the chef was instructed to carry heavy food items across a street and uphill by herself.

She claims the physical effort caused her to become dizzy before she began choking and struggling to breathe.

According to the complaint, security personnel stepped in to help by giving her water and assisting her until she recovered.

The lawsuit says the experience caused significant emotional distress and physical illness.

Palm Springs Birthday Event

The lawsuit also describes an event in February 2025 when Jenner's family held a birthday celebration for one of her children in Palm Springs.

The chef says she was approximately five months pregnant at the time.

According to the complaint, she was required to travel to the event and handle an especially demanding workload.

She alleges she expressed concerns about her exhaustion but that supervisors responded with indifference and hostility.

The lawsuit claims she experienced:

• Extreme fatigue

• Severe physical exhaustion

• A heavy feeling throughout her body

She believes these symptoms resulted from the demanding work schedule during the event.

Miscarriage

The complaint states that the morning after the Palm Springs event, the chef woke up hemorrhaging.

She says she drove herself to the emergency room, where doctors informed her there was no detectable fetal heartbeat and that she had suffered a miscarriage.

The lawsuit does not claim that the work conditions directly caused the miscarriage. However, the chef alleges that the physically demanding assignments during her high-risk pregnancy contributed to her declining health and pregnancy complications.

Return to Work

Following the miscarriage, the chef says she asked Jenner's team if she could temporarily relocate to New York while continuing to work.

According to the complaint, she wanted to be closer to family while grieving.

She claims management had previously discussed the possibility of assigning her to work in New York.

Instead, she alleges that her request was interpreted as a resignation.

The chef says she immediately clarified that she did not intend to quit and wanted to continue working.

She remained employed but claims her treatment worsened afterward.

Alleged Harassment

The lawsuit accuses household supervisor Itzel Sibrian of discriminating against and harassing the chef after her miscarriage.

One text message quoted in the complaint allegedly reads:

"Stop it, just stop it. You are upsetting Kylie. You are making her depressed."

The chef argues that instead of receiving support following her pregnancy loss, she experienced hostility and retaliation.

Termination

The chef says she was terminated on March 14, 2025.

Two months later, she filed a written complaint detailing what she described as:

• Pregnancy discrimination

• Pregnancy-related harassment

• Failure to accommodate her medical needs

• Retaliation

• Wage and hour violations

• Wrongful termination

According to the lawsuit, Jenner's representatives later offered a settlement agreement.

The complaint alleges the proposed agreement would have required her to release her legal claims without addressing the underlying issues she had raised.

Wage and Employment Claims

In addition to discrimination allegations, the chef argues that she was improperly classified as an independent contractor instead of an employee.

She claims this resulted in several labor law violations, including:

• Late wage payments

• Failure to pay all hours worked

• Improper overtime compensation

• Employment misclassification

She is seeking unspecified financial damages.

Lawsuit Says Jenner Knew About Pregnancy

The complaint states that Kylie Jenner was aware:

• That the chef was pregnant

• That she later suffered a miscarriage

• That she required medical leave

• That she intended to return to work afterward

The lawsuit alleges Jenner and the other defendants failed to provide appropriate accommodations, support, or protection from harassment following the pregnancy loss.

Those allegations have not been proven in court.

Earlier Housekeeper Lawsuits

The chef's lawsuit follows two separate lawsuits filed by former housekeepers Angelica Hernandez Vasquez and Juana Delgado Soto.

Both women are represented by attorney Della Shaker, who also represents the former chef.

Each lawsuit alleges that Jenner's household management fostered a hostile workplace through discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and labor law violations.

Angelica Hernandez Vasquez's Allegations

Vasquez worked at Jenner's Hidden Hills home from September 2024 until August 2025.

She alleges that she experienced hostility beginning on her first day of work.

According to her lawsuit, supervisors routinely assigned her the hardest cleaning jobs, isolated her from coworkers, and publicly humiliated her because of her race, national origin, and Catholic faith.

She also claims she experienced several wage violations, including:

• Late pay

• Unpaid overtime

• Failure to reimburse business expenses

• Missed meal and rest break compensation

• Unpaid sick leave

She is seeking compensatory damages and a jury trial.

Juana Delgado Soto's Allegations

Soto worked for Jenner for approximately six years, beginning in 2019.

Her lawsuit alleges that supervisor Itzel Sibrian mocked her accent, race, and immigration status while repeatedly calling her "stupid."

Soto says she reported the behavior to Human Resources in 2024.

Although Sibrian was reportedly removed temporarily, Soto claims she later returned and retaliated against her.

According to the lawsuit, the alleged retaliation included:

• Increased workload

• Schedule manipulation

• Reduction in hourly pay from $41 to $35

Letter to Kylie Jenner

One of the most widely discussed allegations involves a letter Soto says she secretly left for Kylie Jenner.

According to the complaint, she placed the letter on Jenner's massage table before an appointment because she believed Jenner was unaware of what employees were experiencing.

The letter reportedly stated in part:

"I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused... I know you wouldn't allow this to happen if you were aware of it."

Soto claims management learned about the letter the following day.

She alleges she was warned never to contact Jenner again and instructed:

• Not to look at Jenner

• Not to smile at Jenner

• To "disappear" whenever Jenner walked nearby

Those allegations have not been substantiated in court.

Other Allegations by Soto

Soto also claims supervisors:

• Required documentation before allowing her to attend her brother's funeral

• Forced her to photograph discarded food to prove she was not stealing leftovers

After developing severe anxiety and sleep problems, Soto says she visited an emergency room.

When she later informed her supervisor she was too ill to work, she claims management focused on whether she intended to quit.

Her lawsuit describes the situation as a constructive wrongful termination.

Jenner's Role in the Cases

Although Kylie Jenner is named as a defendant in all three lawsuits, none of the complaints allege that she personally yelled at, insulted, or directly mistreated the employees.

Instead, the lawsuits primarily accuse household supervisors, management companies, staffing agencies, and Jenner as an employer of failing to prevent discrimination, retaliation, labor violations, and a hostile workplace.

The defendants have not admitted any wrongdoing, and the allegations remain unproven.

Current Status

The lawsuits are pending in Los Angeles Superior Court.

The former chef is seeking damages for alleged pregnancy discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, accommodation failures, and wage violations.

The two former housekeepers are pursuing separate claims involving alleged discrimination, retaliation, unpaid wages, and workplace mistreatment.

As of now, Jenner's representatives have declined to comment publicly on the litigation. The cases will proceed through the legal process unless they are dismissed, settled, or resolved at trial.
