Bad Boys Actress Theresa Randle Faces Restraining Order After Ex-Boyfriend Alleges Break-Ins and Assaults

Theresa Randle, best known for playing Theresa Burnett in the Bad Boys film franchise, is facing new legal troubles after her former boyfriend obtained a temporary restraining order against her.

According to court documents filed in Los Angeles and first reported by TMZ, Randle's ex-boyfriend, Dario Pallini, alleges that the actress repeatedly entered his home without permission and was involved in several confrontations following their breakup in 2024.

A judge has granted Pallini a temporary restraining order, with a court hearing scheduled for June 23, 2026.

Ex-Boyfriend Details Alleged Incidents

In his petition, Pallini said he dated Randle for approximately two years before the relationship ended in 2024.

He claims that on June 1, 2026, he returned home and found the 61-year-old actress inside his residence. According to the filing, Randle was sitting in a closet with his dog when he discovered her. Pallini alleged that she appeared to be under the influence of drugs and was surprised to see him, allegedly telling him that she thought he was in jail.

Pallini stated that when he asked her to leave, she began making comments that did not make sense and allegedly insulted him. He further claimed that after he threatened to call police, Randle threw a can of vegetables at him, striking him in the head.

Police were reportedly called to the scene and removed Randle from the property.

Alleged May Altercation

The restraining order request also references an earlier incident on May 18, 2026.

Pallini alleged that he woke up and found Randle inside his apartment. According to his account, she appeared intoxicated, began cleaning the residence, and repeatedly told him that he owed her money.

He further claimed that Randle threatened to shoot him before grabbing a metal pole from a medical bed and swinging it toward his head. Pallini said he was struck in the shoulder before he managed to take the pole away.

According to the filing, police later arrested Randle in connection with the incident.

In his request to the court, Pallini wrote that he fears Randle may return to his home and stated that she "is addicted to drugs and needs help."

Previous Arrests and Dropped Cases

The restraining order comes after several recent legal incidents involving the actress.

In March 2026, Randle was arrested and booked on a felony charge of corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant following an alleged domestic violence incident in Los Angeles. She spent two days in custody before being released when the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office declined to file charges, citing insufficient evidence.

Randle was also arrested in October 2024 following reports of an alleged assault during a domestic dispute. Authorities were initially called to a Los Angeles-area residence after a person claimed to have been struck during an argument.

Two days later, police received another call involving an alleged break-in and restraining order violation at the same property. Officers located Randle at the scene and arrested her on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon.

However, prosecutors later declined to pursue the case, and all potential charges were dismissed due to insufficient evidence.

Career and Public Concerns

Randle is widely recognized for portraying Theresa Burnett, the wife of Martin Lawrence's character Marcus Burnett, in Bad Boys (1995), Bad Boys II (2003), and Bad Boys for Life (2020).

In May 2023, it was revealed that actress Tasha Smith would replace Randle in Bad Boys: Ride or Die, the fourth film in the franchise. Neither Sony Pictures nor Randle publicly explained the casting change.

Around the same period, a video circulated online showing Randle in Los Angeles using a walker, sparking widespread concern among fans about her health and well-being. Her former manager, Roger Neal, later confirmed that the woman in the video was Randle but did not provide further details regarding her circumstances.

Since appearing in Bad Boys for Life in 2020, Randle has largely remained out of the public spotlight and has not appeared in any major film or television projects.

The latest restraining order case remains ongoing, and the allegations outlined in Pallini's court filing have not yet been tested in court. A judge is expected to hear arguments from both sides during the scheduled June 23 hearing.
