Addison Rae Mentioned in Parents' Legal Dispute

Addison Rae has become part of an ongoing legal dispute between her father, Monty Lopez, and his estranged wife, Kaitlyn Lopez.

According to newly filed court documents, Monty claims Kaitlyn violated a temporary protective order by contacting him multiple times despite being ordered not to do so.

Monty also alleges that Kaitlyn has continued posting about Addison and other family members on social media. He claims she shared photos of Addison on her Instagram Story and used Addison's songs in her posts.

In the filing, Monty further alleges that Kaitlyn posted old photos of the two of them together and asked the public for financial support. He also claims she has been acting unstably.
