Kyle Richards to Become a Grandmother as Daughter Farrah Announces Pregnancy

Kyle Richards' eldest daughter, Farrah Aldjufrie, is expecting her first child.

The 37-year-old real estate agent and reality TV personality announced the news on Instagram, sharing photos of her baby bump and an ultrasound image. She wrote, "My most exciting launch yet. Coming soon late November 2026."

Richards celebrated the announcement in the comments, saying she was excited for the family's new chapter and expressing her love for her daughter.

Farrah's stepfather, Mauricio Umansky, also shared his congratulations, writing that the baby "is going to be so loved" and that he couldn't wait to meet the family's newest member.

Farrah's sisters, Alexia, Sophia and Portia, also posted enthusiastic messages about becoming aunts. Cousin Nicky Hilton congratulated the parents-to-be as well.

Farrah is a real estate agent at The Agency and has appeared on Netflix's Buying Beverly Hills alongside Umansky, the company's founder, and her sister Alexia. She has previously said her interest in real estate began in childhood after spending time touring homes with her mother and Umansky. The baby is expected in late November 2026.
