Oprah Winfrey says Beyoncé sent her a Renaissance tour hat after fan letter

Oprah Winfrey has revealed that Beyoncé sent her a special gift after she attended the singer's Renaissance tour and wrote to tell her how much she enjoyed the show.

Speaking on the Are You Okay? web series, Winfrey said she was "blown away" by the concert and decided to send Beyoncé a fan letter.

"She obviously liked the fan letter because she then sent me one of the hats from Renaissance," Winfrey said. "Beyoncé sent me a hat!"

Winfrey attended Beyoncé's Renaissance tour in 2023 and later shared a video of herself dancing with Beyoncé's mother, Tina Knowles, and close friend Gayle King during the New Jersey show. She described the performance as "transcendent" and praised the singer, dancers, musicians and production team.

She also attended the opening night of Beyoncé's Cowboy Carter tour in Los Angeles in April 2025 alongside King, with both wearing Western-inspired denim outfits.

Most recently, Beyoncé made a surprise appearance at Jay-Z's 30th anniversary concert in New York earlier this month, where a pre-show video showed her shaving the rapper's head backstage.
