Richard Harmon and Sarah Dugdale Announce Engagement

Canadian actors Richard Harmon and Sarah Dugdale are engaged.

The couple shared the news in a joint Instagram post on Monday, July 20, with Dugdale captioning a series of photos, “Forever date your mate ❤️.” One image showed The 100 star kissing Dugdale on the cheek as she displayed her diamond engagement ring.

Harmon, 34, and Dugdale, 31, first met while filming the 2015 horror movie The Hollow. After years of friendship, they confirmed their romance on social media in 2024. Since then, the pair have frequently shared heartfelt tributes to one another online, with Harmon recently calling Dugdale his “dreamboat” and Dugdale describing him as “the love of my life.”

The engagement announcement drew congratulations from friends and former co-stars, including The 100 cast members Eliza Taylor and Alycia Debnam-Carey, as well as several of Dugdale’s Virgin River colleagues.

The couple’s relationship is believed to have begun in late 2023, making their engagement the latest milestone in a romance that grew from a long-standing friendship.
