Role Model Debuts New Song Featuring Dakota Johnson’s Voice

Singer Role Model, whose real name is Tucker Pillsbury, premiered a new song called “Love I You” during a concert in Chicago on Thursday. Fans believe the track features the voice of actress Dakota Johnson.

Videos shared on social media show the pair exchanging playful lines throughout the song, fueling speculation about their relationship. The song will appear on Role Model’s upcoming album, Chuck Timely & The Hourglass, which is scheduled for release on Aug. 7.

Role Model and Johnson first sparked dating rumors in December 2025 after they were seen having dinner together. They were later spotted on several outings in Los Angeles, and photos published in April showed the two kissing.

Before dating Role Model, Johnson was engaged to Coldplay singer Chris Martin. The couple ended their on-and-off relationship in June 2025. Role Model previously dated internet personality Emma Chamberlain from 2020 to 2023.

In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, Role Model said his new album was inspired by a period of being single and dating, as well as the pressure he felt to find love while watching friends get married.
