Savannah Guthrie Changes Into Yellow Mid-Broadcast to Match Today Co-Hosts

Savannah Guthrie made a quick wardrobe change during the July 7 broadcast of NBC's Today after realizing she was the only co-host not wearing yellow.

During the show's PopStart segment, Carson Daly pointed out that Jenna Bush Hager, Dylan Dreyer, Sheinelle Jones, Jill Martin, and even Craig Melvin, with his yellow-and-blue striped tie, were all wearing yellow. Laughing, Guthrie joked that she had missed a memo and announced she was going to change.

After the commercial break, Guthrie returned in a yellow gingham dress, saying she wanted to match her co-hosts. Her colleagues praised the speedy outfit change, and Bush Hager joked that "on Tuesdays we wear yellow." Daly later joined in by borrowing Melvin's yellow tie, prompting more laughs.
