Coco Jones and Donovan Mitchell Marry in Private Ceremony

Grammy-winning singer Coco Jones and NBA star Donovan Mitchell are officially married. The couple tied the knot on Aug. 1 in a private ceremony attended by close family and friends, including NBA players Jaylen Brown, Jalen Brunson, Bam Adebayo, and celebrities Ciara and Russell Wilson.

Videos shared on social media showed Jones and Mitchell dancing to Musiq Soulchild’s Love before sharing a kiss. Guests later celebrated on the dance floor as they were introduced as Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell.

Jones, 28, and Mitchell, 29, announced their engagement in July 2025 after Mitchell proposed during a vacation following his NBA season and Jones’ sold-out tour.

In a January interview with PEOPLE, Jones described the engagement as “indescribable,” calling marriage the “biggest contract” she would ever sign. She also praised Mitchell for being her biggest supporter, saying their demanding careers help them understand and encourage each other.

The couple have largely kept their relationship private throughout their romance.
