Hailie Jade Stands by Mother Kim Scott Amid Legal and Personal Turmoil

Hailie Jade has remained supportive of her mother, Kim Scott, as Scott faces ongoing legal and personal challenges, according to a source cited by Page Six.

“Hailie has never stopped loving her mom,” the source said, adding that she remains concerned about Scott’s health. The pair’s relationship has experienced difficulties over the years, but Hailie has tried to avoid judging her mother, the source said.

Scott, 51, was booked into Macomb County Jail after a Michigan judge revoked her bond over alleged violations related to pending cases. She is facing two drunken-driving cases and a separate case stemming from a July police encounter.

Scott pleaded no contest in May to operating while intoxicated following a February crash. Three days later, she was arrested in another alleged OWI case after striking a parked vehicle and recording a blood alcohol level of .204, according to prosecutors. She also missed court proceedings in June, resulting in bench warrants that were later canceled after she appeared.

The legal problems followed a July 11 medical emergency at Scott’s Chesterfield Township home. Emergency personnel responded to a reported suicide attempt, and Scott was taken to McLaren Macomb Hospital after suffering severe bleeding.

The incident was particularly difficult for Hailie, the source said, noting that she remains determined to support her mother while protecting her own family life.

Hailie married Evan McClintock in May 2024, and the couple welcomed their son, Elliot Marshall McClintock, in March 2025.

Scott and Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Mathers, were married from 1999 to 2001 and briefly remarried in 2006. They share three children: Hailie, Alaina and Stevie. Scott also has a son, Parker, from a relationship after her split from Eminem.
