Jackson, 48, picked up Burgess, 29, at LAX before the pair visited Erewhon, spent time at a park and had lunch together. They were also photographed holding hands in New York City in June, when dating rumors first emerged.
Burgess is a French-American model and dancer who has worked with brands including Jean Paul Gaultier, Gap, Nike and Bloomingdale’s.
The outing comes as Jackson continues to co-parent his 6-year-old daughter, Juno, with his ex-wife, actress Jodie Turner-Smith. The former couple had a contentious divorce, including disagreements over child support and their daughter’s schooling.
Despite those disputes, Jackson and Turner-Smith have recently appeared to be on better terms. In October 2025, they called off their divorce trial while negotiating a custody agreement. Turner-Smith also recently spoke about their efforts to provide Juno with “two homes filled with love.”
