Kelly Clarkson Laughs Off Wardrobe Mishap During Las Vegas Residency

Kelly Clarkson had an unexpected wardrobe mishap during her Las Vegas residency, but she quickly turned the moment into a joke.

During a recent Studio Sessions performance at Caesars Palace, a gust of wind lifted Clarkson’s sheer top, briefly revealing her black lace bra. The singer, 44, laughed it off, joking with the audience before reassuring herself that “my boobs are awesome.”

Clarkson later explained that she had been thinking about the Lion’s Gate Portal, an astrological event associated with Aug. 8, and did not want to make a negative comment about herself.

The singer has also been unusually candid with audiences during her residency. At another recent show, she joked about experiencing severe stomach problems and possibly having cyclosporiasis, a parasitic infection sometimes linked to contaminated food.

Clarkson’s Studio Sessions residency at Caesars Palace is scheduled to continue through Aug. 15.
