Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann Reunite to Support Son After Teen’s Arrest

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann appeared together in support of their children at their son Kash’s high school football game in Alpharetta, Georgia, on Sunday, following the arrest of their 15-year-old son, Kroy Jr.

Zolciak arrived with their 12-year-old daughter Kaia, while Biermann arrived separately and left the game about 30 minutes after his estranged wife.

Kroy Jr. was arrested earlier this month on serious sexual assault allegations. He is being held without bond at Atlanta’s Metro Regional Youth Detention Center and is scheduled for a court hearing on Sept. 1.

According to court documents, a female classmate accused him of sexually assaulting her at a Life Time fitness center in Alpharetta on April 23. The allegations include forced sexual acts despite her saying no.

Zolciak has defended her son and said he strongly denies knowing or having sexual contact with the woman. She also said he voluntarily took a polygraph test and that an examination found no DNA belonging to him. She questioned the allegations and said the accuser had made similar claims involving two other people.

Zolciak and Biermann married in 2011 and separated in 2023. Their divorce has included disputes over custody and finances involving their four minor children.
