Rosie O’Donnell Fires Back After White House Calls Her a “Total Slob”

Rosie O’Donnell has responded after a White House representative called her a “total slob” and accused her of suffering from “Trump Derangement Syndrome.”

O’Donnell, who recently filled in as a guest host on Jimmy Kimmel Live, had repeatedly criticized President Donald Trump during her appearances. In her final monologue, she performed a song mocking Trump’s appearance, policies and declining poll numbers.

White House representative Davis Ingle responded by calling O’Donnell “a nasty woman and a total slob whose brain has been completely destroyed by Trump Derangement Syndrome.”

On Sunday, O’Donnell hit back on social media, posting an unflattering photo of Trump with his hair blown back and his shirt tucked high around his torso. “This is the guy calling me a slob #mirrormirror,” she wrote.

O’Donnell and Trump have feuded publicly for nearly two decades, dating to her time on The View. Their conflict intensified after Trump returned to the White House in 2025. O’Donnell later moved her family to Ireland, and Trump publicly criticized her and threatened to revoke her U.S. citizenship.

O’Donnell has since returned to the United States to perform her one-woman show, Common Knowledge, in New York.
