Travis Kelce Debuts New Wedding Ring Ahead of Chiefs Preseason Game

Travis Kelce appears to be settling into married life in style.

More than a month after his reported wedding to Taylor Swift, the Kansas City Chiefs star was spotted wearing a new gold wedding band on Saturday, Aug. 15, as he arrived at Arrowhead Stadium for the team’s first preseason game against the Los Angeles Rams.

Kelce, 36, wore a black button-up shirt with a gold pattern, paired with matching black pants. He completed the look with a gold bracelet, a watch and what appeared to be a thick gold wedding ring featuring a distinctive design.

The sighting comes weeks after Kelce and Swift reportedly married on July 3 in New York City. Swift has not yet publicly shown a wedding ring, though reports suggest her band could complement her gold engagement ring, which features a rectangular diamond with an antique-inspired design.

The couple has largely stayed out of the spotlight since their wedding. According to a source who recently spoke to PEOPLE, the newlyweds are enjoying their new chapter together.

“They’re both just so excited that they’re husband and wife now,” the source said, adding that their relationship “feels even more special.”

The couple is also said to be grateful for their life together as they continue balancing busy careers. “They’re both always working, creating or thinking about what comes next,” the source said. “They both feel really grateful for everything they have. They’re very happy.”

Their reported wedding was a major star-studded event, with an estimated 1,000 guests. Among the celebrities reportedly in attendance were Julia Roberts, Tom Hanks, Reese Witherspoon, Laura Dern, Emma Stone and Brad Pitt.

Kelce recently spoke publicly about the celebration, calling it the “best night of my life” while reflecting on his offseason.

“I appreciate everybody who came out and celebrated and had fun with us,” he told reporters, describing the wedding as “a crazy night” filled with plenty of celebration.

Now, however, Kelce is shifting his attention back to the NFL. After returning to Chiefs training camp on July 29, the veteran tight end made his priorities clear.

“Football, baby,” he said.

For now, Kelce’s new wedding ring offers a glimpse into his life off the field as he begins another season with the Chiefs.
