Ciara and Russell Wilson Expect Their Fifth Child

Ciara and Russell Wilson are getting ready to welcome another member to their family.

The singer, 40, and her NFL star husband, 37, announced on Sept. 6 that they are expecting their fifth child together. The couple shared the happy news on Instagram with photos and videos showing Ciara proudly showing off her growing baby bump.

“One more person to Love 🖐🏽🥺🖤,” they wrote in the caption.

The couple’s announcement featured four shirts bearing the names of their children placed next to a blank baby onesie, making it clear that the family is growing once again.

A growing family

Ciara and Wilson are already parents to four children: daughters Sienna Princess, 9, and Amora Princess, 2, and sons Win Harrison, 6, and Future Zahir, 12.

Since welcoming Amora in December 2023, Ciara has continued to balance motherhood with her busy music career. She returned to the road for her tour and brought her family along for much of the journey.

In August 2024, the singer shared a series of family photos from her time on tour. One photo showed Ciara with her two daughters, with Sienna on her mother’s back while Ciara held Amora.

“The moments that filled my cup on the in between. #TourLife❤️,” she wrote.

Bringing the kids on tour

Ciara later opened up to PEOPLE about what it was like to have her children travel with her while she performed.

“My kids traveled with me, and I couldn’t have done it any other way,” she said in September 2024.

She described the experience as a special one for her children, who got to spend time around performers including Missy Elliott and Busta Rhymes.

“They were like little precious babies of a tour having so much fun with Auntie, Missy, and Uncle Busta,” Ciara said. “I mean, it’s just the energy was just incredible.”

Even while enjoying life on the road, Ciara was already thinking about getting her children ready for the new school year. She said that once the tour ended, her attention quickly turned to school preparations, including shopping for supplies.

“It was the most amazing time with my babies,” she told PEOPLE. “I was like, ‘This is what life is about.’ So, the little joys in life. I’m so grateful.”

Now, with another baby on the way, Ciara and Wilson are preparing for an exciting new chapter as their family grows from four children to five.
