Maria Bartiromo Leaves Fox News After 12½ Years

Maria Bartiromo has left Fox News Media, ending a 12½-year run with the network.

Fox News announced Thursday that Bartiromo is “no longer with FOX News Media,” effective immediately. The network thanked her for her work and wished her well in her next chapter.

The announcement came shortly after the final episode of Mornings With Maria aired on Fox Business Network. The program will now be renamed Mornings With FOX Business and will feature rotating anchors.

Bartiromo’s Friday evening program, Maria Bartiromo’s Wall Street, has also been renamed FBN’s Wall Street. Cheryl Casone and other rotating anchors will host the show.

Bartiromo joined Fox in 2014 after spending 20 years at CNBC, where she hosted Closing Bell and On the Money With Maria Bartiromo. In 1995, she became the first journalist to report live from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange on a daily basis.

An Emmy-winning journalist and author, Bartiromo has written several books, including The Cost: Trump, China, and American Revival, The Weekend That Changed Wall Street, and The 10 Laws of Enduring Success.
