Angelina Jolie Plans Life Beyond Los Angeles After Twins Turn 18

Angelina Jolie is preparing for a new stage in her life after her youngest children, twins Vivienne and Knox, turned 18 on July 12.

According to a source, Jolie has wanted to leave Los Angeles for years and now feels she has the freedom to do so. With all six of her children now adults, she is looking forward to traveling and spending more time with them around the world.

Jolie shares Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Vivienne, and Knox with her former husband, Brad Pitt. The couple separated in 2016, and their divorce was finalized in December 2024.

In a 2024 interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Jolie said she had stayed in Los Angeles because of her divorce and planned to leave once her twins turned 18. She said she hopes to spend significant time in Cambodia and visit family members living in different countries.

Earlier this year, Jolie listed her longtime Los Angeles home for sale for $29.85 million.

Jolie and Pitt are still involved in a legal dispute over their French winery, Château Miraval. Reports have also said Pitt has little contact with his adult children.

Speaking in June, Jolie said she has not dated anyone since her marriage ended nearly a decade ago.

Her upcoming films include the crime thriller Sunny and the crime comedy Anxious People.
