Ashley Trail Says Her Own Gameplay Led to Early ‘Big Brother 28’ Eviction

Ashley Trail says she was responsible for her early exit from Big Brother 28 after revealing too much information to the wrong houseguests.

In an interview with Page Six, the 24-year-old bartender said she tried to convince Melody Morris, Lyric and Mallory to vote with her alliance by explaining that the house was divided into two groups. Trail believed the alliances were already obvious, but sharing that information backfired.

According to Trail, Dee Valladares' alliance abandoned its plan to keep her and instead joined the opposing side in a unanimous vote to evict her over Taylor Brown.

Trail also said she was surprised to learn Valladares planned to evict her in the event of a tie because of a promise she had made to Brown. She said that meant she could not have relied on Valladares' support even if she had secured enough votes.

Reflecting on her game, Trail admitted she should have started building relationships and strategizing sooner. She said she felt other players did not take her seriously because she had not performed well in competitions and struggled to earn their trust.

Despite her eviction, Trail said she plans to continue watching the season. She believes Valladares and fellow Survivor alum Rick Devens are among the strongest contenders to win, while saying she is personally rooting for Angela Murray because of her entertaining personality and gameplay.
