Cardi B Says She Won’t Stay Single After Stefon Diggs Split

Cardi B says she has no plans to stay single despite fans encouraging her to focus on herself after her reported split from NFL player Stefon Diggs.

Speaking during a livestream, the rapper said she had been single throughout her recent tour and is now enjoying time with friends, vacations, and dating again. She acknowledged that she could make better choices in partners but said she would not apologize for wanting companionship.

Her comments come after she was recently linked to Nigerian soccer player Maduka Okoye. The two were seen together at Paris Fashion Week and were later spotted dining in Italy.

The dating rumors were followed by public allegations from Okoye's former partner, Jelicia Westhoff, who accused him of failing to care for their young son and made additional allegations about his behavior. Westhoff said her comments were directed at Okoye and that she has "nothing against" Cardi B.

Cardi B's most recent public relationship was with Diggs, whom she began dating in 2025 after separating from her estranged husband, Offset. She shares three children with Offset.
