The video shows officers placing the handcuffed University of Tampa student into a police car. She appears to smile and laugh before the car leaves for the police station.
Milania was arrested on one count of simple assault and later released. She has pleaded not guilty.
According to police, the incident began after a domestic dispute in which Milania allegedly threw food and candles. Court documents also state she is accused of punching a person identified as "LR" in the forehead, causing redness. Her sister, Gabriella Giudice, called 911 and reported that Milania was acting erratically.
A judge has scheduled her next court hearing for August. If convicted, she could face up to six months in jail, probation, and fines.
In a TikTok video posted in June, Milania briefly addressed the arrest. She said a mugshot circulating online was fake and AI-generated. She also admitted she was going through a difficult time, saying she had been dealing with personal issues and wanted to learn from the experience and become a better person.
