The 42-year-old television personality told Fox News Digital that she runs every day and tries to fit in about 30 minutes of cardio because it helps her manage stress and feel more regulated. She also practices yoga and does short “stop-and-drop” workouts when she has time. Baldwin said she enjoys Physique 57 and other barre classes.
Last month, Baldwin showed fans one of her bathroom workout routines while demonstrating glute exercises in a bikini.
Despite her focus on fitness, Baldwin said she does not follow a strict diet. She said she sometimes eats salads and other healthy foods but also enjoys pizza and ice cream. She described her approach as finding a balance between eating well and allowing herself to indulge.
Baldwin also joked about her husband, actor Alec Baldwin, saying he does not usually join her workouts because he is extremely inflexible and cannot touch his toes.
The couple, who met in 2011, have seven children together. Baldwin said their willingness to remain committed through difficult periods has helped keep their relationship strong.
“I think that that’s what’s kept us strong,” she said.
