Jodie Sweetin Reveals Fun-Filled Disney World Reunion With ‘Full House’ Cast

Jodie Sweetin and several of her former “Full House” co-stars recently reunited at Walt Disney World, more than 30 years after the sitcom filmed a two-part episode at the park.

Sweetin, who played Stephanie Tanner, said on the “Good Guys” podcast that John Stamos, who played Jesse Katsopolis, was eager to be recognized by fans. The two joked by using their characters’ famous catchphrases, “Have mercy” and “How rude.”

Sweetin visited Magic Kingdom with Stamos, Lori Loughlin and Andrea Barber. Dave Coulier was also in Orlando for Nostalgia Con but did not join them because he has had less energy since his cancer treatment.

The group rode attractions, watched the parade and fireworks, and spent time with Stamos’ wife, Caitlin McHugh, and their 8-year-old son, Billy. Sweetin said Stamos’ longtime Disney guides and security team helped the group enjoy the park.

Sweetin said the reunion reminded the cast how much the show still means to fans. “We’re just in this immense gratitude,” she said, noting that people continue to recognize and appreciate “Full House” decades after its original run from 1987 to 1995.
