Travis Barker Says He Barely Thinks About Being on The Kardashians

Travis Barker says appearing on The Kardashians has never changed how he lives his life, revealing that he rarely even thinks about being filmed.

Speaking on The New York Times' Popcast, the Blink-182 drummer said he does not watch the Hulu reality series or review its episodes. "I kind of don't even realize I'm on the show," Barker said, explaining that he simply ignores the cameras and never approves or watches finished episodes.

Barker, who is married to Kourtney Kardashian Barker, described himself as "an accessory" rather than a central figure on the show. He made one exception by watching the episodes featuring their 2022 wedding after Kardashian compiled special footage from the celebration.

The musician also addressed the couple's decision to share their pregnancy struggles, including miscarriage and IVF, on camera. Barker said they hoped their experience would help others facing similar challenges, noting that their journey ultimately ended with the birth of their child conceived naturally.

Barker previously starred in the MTV reality series Meet the Barkers with former wife Shanna Moakler in 2005.

His new documentary, Travis Barker: Louder Than Fear, premieres on Hulu and Disney+ on Aug. 13. Directed by Justin Krook and Michael Dwyer, the film explores Barker's rise to fame, his recovery from the 2008 plane crash, and features interviews with family members and figures from the music industry.
