Travis Kelce Calls Wedding to Taylor Swift ‘the Best Night of My Life’

Travis Kelce has described his wedding to Taylor Swift as “the best night of my life,” offering his first public comments about the couple’s celebration at Madison Square Garden.

Speaking to reporters at Kansas City Chiefs training camp Wednesday, Kelce said the wedding was a memorable part of his offseason. “It was a crazy night. It was full of a lot of celebration,” he said.

Kelce also called Swift “my wife” while discussing their choice of Madison Square Garden as the venue. He said getting married there fulfilled a childhood dream and thanked the venue’s owners for helping them hold a private event. He joked that the air conditioning was working hard during New York’s heatwave.

Swift and Kelce married on July 3 in front of hundreds of family members and friends. Swift wore a Christian Dior Haute Couture wedding dress designed by Jonathan Anderson, while both wore custom Christian Louboutin shoes. Cartier jewelry completed Swift’s look.

The couple did not have traditional bridesmaids or groomsmen. Swift’s brother, Austin, served as her Man of Honor, while Kelce’s brother, Jason, was his Best Man. Their friend Adam Sandler officiated the ceremony.

Swift and Kelce began dating in 2023 after Kelce attended Swift’s Kansas City concert during her Eras Tour. They announced their engagement in August 2025 and later married in New York.
